Breaking Devlin News: Where is Charles Arlin Henderson?
Since the Michael Devlin case broke late last week, the world has wondered if there has been any other children caught in his web.
Now comes news that there just might be at least one.
A snip from the AP:
ST. LOUIS, Missouri (AP) — A suburban St. Louis man suspected of kidnapping two youngsters is also under investigation in the disappearance of another Missouri boy 16 years ago, The Associated Press has learned.
Michael Devlin, 41, was arrested last week after police found two kidnapped boys in his apartment in suburban Kirkwood: 13-year-old boy Ben Ownby, who was seized on January 8, and 15-year-old Shawn Hornbeck, who vanished 4 1/2 years ago.
Lincoln County sheriff’s deputies said Wednesday that Devlin is now the “most viable lead” in the investigation into the 1991 disappearance of Charles Arlin Henderson of Moscow Mills.
Both Shawn and Charles vanished at age 11 while riding their bikes on a rural road about an hour’s drive from St. Louis. Both boys were slight, weighing about 100 pounds, and had close-cropped hair.
“If you were to take a photo of Arlin Henderson and you place it next to Shawn’s picture, there is a striking resemblance,” sheriff’s Lt. Rick Harrell said.

If, in fact, Sasquatch is responsible for the disappearance and death of Arlin Henderson… Arlin might very well be buried on Devlin’s property. According to news reports, Michael Devlin owned property (acreage) in Washington County, Missouri, well within a short driving distance to the Hornbeck house, the Ownby house and Devlin’s St. Louis apartment.
Maybe it’s time LE did a thorough search of the Washington County property that Sasquatch owns.

This would not surprise me a whole lot. This type of crime is not a one time only deal. I have the sneaking suspicion that Shawn was getting too old for him so he decided to snatch Ben as replacement. Could be there was another after Charles then Shawn. These types have very specific age preferences.

it wouldn’t surprise me either. I am surprised they hadn’t started looking at old cases sooner. Probably like the Stayner case, Shawn was too old in his eyes so he took Ben. My guess is there were boys before these and they aren’t still alive. If I were the police I would look for boys under the age of 14 that have disappeared in the area Bloo mentioned for as far back as Devlin has owned it.

If Devlin did take Arlin (what his mother calls him), that means Devlin was only 25 at the time. The possibility of the boys he didn’t “keep” but stole along the way is frightening to think of. I get shivers just thinking about it.

There is something about this timeline of abductions…Was there someone in between Arlin and Shawn? He liked them around 11 yrs and Shawn was 15 when he snatched Ben. BTW, Ben looks young for his age and I bet Devlin thought he was 11-12. Did he stick to pattern and have hea boy when he snatched successor which means, if this theory is right, that each successor knew of predecessor’s demise…

Good point Melissa. Now if they could just find something on this nutburger. The sad truth is because those boys lived his defense will be that he didn’t harm them. I know it sounds callouse but if they could find something to pin a murder on him it would stick a whole lot better.

Gee, it is so frighting to think that he is also a murderer and was probably getting ready to get rid of Shawn. I really hope we do not find out that this is true. I guess, time will tell.

it’s been proven that sometimes the court of public opinion will make most anything stick. Devlin is all but done and I’d say he’ll never see it coming. National cases involving children who have been abducted usually never give the abducted child opportunity to speak for themselves because they usually turn up face down in a ditch or shallow grave.
The tables will turn on Devlin and turn soon, I just hope he’s not shanked in the throat before he gets to experience being bent over a john and held down while a few drag queens take turns with things of their choice as they whisper sweet nothings in his ear.

I do have to say something about Devlin’s upstairs neighbor. Either he is FOS, or he is stupid, or both.
Who on earth would go on National Television saying that he heard pounding shouting and whimpering from a young boy and never have called the cops? If he did see and hear the things he said he did, ie Shawn being outright hit, then he needs some accounting for himself.

I had a horrible alcoholic neighbor for 3 years who regulary screeched and cursed at her small and big kids, threw stuff at them, etc. I called the cops several times, especially after she threw a brick thru a plate glass door at her daughter.
Nothing ever came of it, but sheesh, if you hear bad stuff, then call the cops. No, not everyone is an abductor or murderer, but at the very least, you might be able to get a little peace and quiet, or help calm down an argument.

I wonder if these loosers are druggies and were more worried about the cops discovering their little secret hobby than they were about the safety of a child?
If they had actually showed some concern and called LE they might have been able to improve their circumstances with that reward that had been offered. Instead, now they just look like a bunch of self-absorbed jacka$$’s who not only have no concern for their fellow man, woman or child, but who are also apparently are lacking in enough common sense to come out of the rain.

I was wondering when LE would start looking for other little boys that are missing and connecting the dots with Devlin.
He’s old enough to have started this kidnapping business long before Shawn. And if the first was successful then he would keep on doing it. And like Pati said – it would have been that much harder for Shawn to leave if his predecessor (sp?) was murdered and he knew it.

I think you all hit the nail on the head. What kept him there? Knowledge that this beast had murdered before and would murder again. It was not just an idle threat – especially if Sasquatch terrorized him with details our souvenirs.
Geez, this makes my skin crawl just to think of it. I’m not in favor of the death penalty as a whole, but I do believe there are exceptions at times…

Why is it kept so hush-hush that Devlin is adopted and obviously estranged from his present family. His parents and 5 siblings lived right there in the same area and NEVER knew he had a young kid living with him for over 4 years? Why aren’t they asking his family members questions about their relationship with him?
C’mon, this guy didn’t get freaky overnight. Where are the people who knew him when he was in high school or just after that time? Where did he live before he moved to this apartment complex? Where are the snoopy reporters now? He had to have raised some suspicions somewhere along the line. They need to scour this wacko’s past history!

Shawns grandmother told local news that Shawn told his family that Devlin would wake him up every 45 minutes at night and not allow him to sleep for very long. This must have been when he was first taken by Devlin.

I would bet money that this creep had studied brainwashing techniques pretty thoroughly.
For some reason I have hope that Shawn will be able to recover and live a good life. His family just seems so strong and supportive, as well as proactive. Just knowing that they never gave up on him, that they have put so much energy and effort into finding him, that they have worked on behalf of other missing children – that has to have a comforting effect on him. He has a place in the world, and they kept it for him.

I think another possibility for Arlin is that he might not have been as submissive as others and Devlin had to kill him because it was only a matter of time until Arlin escaped or drew someone’s attention.

Bianca Noel Piper missing since 2005. in fact, they say that Devlin helped in the search for her. the speculation on him joining in on the search was to see how police did things.

If this profile is correct, then Sasquatch would have in his possession a ton of incriminating material in the Hornbeck and Ownby cases, and any past crimes. I predict a plea deal, and hopefully one that will keep him locked up the rest of his pathetic days. I am sure that his rural property will receive a thorough going-over.

The media is making such a big deal about the fact that Shawn had iternet access & profiles and he didn’t try to get help.
Intimidation is everything in a situation such as this…computer “cookies & history” can be retrieved..and I’m pretty confindent that Shawn knew Michael Devlin could go back & pull up everything he did while he was online.

Where was Devlin on October 22, 1989? The Hornbeck kidnapping is very similar to Jacob Wetterling’s disappearance. Too similar in fact.
Jacob was 11 years old, riding his bike on a country road. A strange white van was seen nearby. I know lot of people drive from the Twin Cities to St.Louis all the time. Someone should check it out……

I remember someone blogging about how easy it should have been to access the encrypted files using a simple program but I’ve not heard anything further even though it’s been reported that Duncan plead out to life without parole in exchange for the passwords! Curious to know.

Duncan was beyond anything a normal PC hack could imagine. When I last read about it the Police had yet to access Duncan’s encrypted files despite their efforts.
He’s already been sentenced to three life terms in Idaho for the murders of the three family members he plead out, and is awaiting trial in a federal court of law for the murder of the younger Groene boy.
I don’t have time to read further but I’m pretty familiar with Joesph Duncan and his case.

There is no way for anyone to crack Duncan’s encryption, it is PGP. He used it to get around the DP – He will be giving the key to the Feds, in fact since they just indicted him I imagine they already have. It is literally uncrackable. They had it for more than a year and nobody was able to.
And he was just brought up on the Federal charges for the kidnapping and rape of Shasta and Dylan, and also for the murder of Dylan.
He didnt really plead out in Idaho, if he isnt put to Death by the Feds then Idaho will get him for resentencing and he will get the DP there.

This evening a task force was announced to look into other disappearances. I doubt they would have formed one unless they found clues on Devlin’s computer or in his apartment. Remember that pedophiles like to keep records of their evil deeds.

I agree with everyone on this sight. This sleez did a real horrific job of frightening these victims. The funeral home had to be a big factor in their nightmare. Can you imagine how horrible it was for them knowing he worked at a funeral home. And where are the bodies. There has to be more to this. He got replacements and keep them long enough to serve his purpose and then he had to dispose of them. His property and his funeral home connect should be closely examined.

How long did Devlin work at the funeral home? Why hasn’t the media talked about that more? The pizza employer has been on talking about Devlin. It seems odd that the funeral director hasn’t been approached by the media, not that I know of.

I suggest that authorities investigate a 50 by 170 foot vacant lot in the Doerr Place Subdivision in Kirkwood. It is owned by Devlin Investments, ILLC, 425 Caroline Ave, St. Louis, MO 63122. Devlin ILLC’s mailing address is 1021 Glenford Ct. St. Louis, Mo 63122. Additionally, authorities report that Devlin owns property in Washington County.
The property owned by “Devlin ILLC” in Kirkwood is a vacant 50 by 170 foot Lot #9 per the St. Louis County Tax Assessor Identifier #24N520880. Look for a “willow tree” that “Shawn” refers to in his poem below. It seems likely that Devlin may have shown Shawn the tree and told him that Devlin would harm him and bury him there. I make this deduction, as I know from sad experience how individuals like Devlin operate since I was victimized as a child for several years as well. I attempted to send this msg to stlouis@ic.fbi.gov but their server may have been locked up.

I think that this Devlin is a sociopath that has been stealing children and killing them for close to 25 years or since he was around 16, which is when some tendencies to violence may become quite pronounced in distrubed individuals. I suspect that Devlin probably first killed a child then and quickly disposed of the remains. Once he got control of his own premises he chose to keep his victims for longer periods of time. It is clear that Devlin had no qualms with keeping at least two victims at the same time in his premises. He probably when out and snatched a replacement victim serially, so that in could instill sheer terror into his newest victim by killing the older victim in front of the new child. Other kidnappings that have Method of Operations that resemble the MO in the kidnappings of Shawn and Ben, include Jacob Wetterling, Minnesota 10/22/89, Morgan Chauntel Nick (female), Alma, Arkansas 6/9/95 (the suspect drawing resembles a slim Devlin), Robert Joseph Fritz, CampbellSport, Wisconsin 5/14/83, Michael Himebaugh, Del Haven New Jersey, 11/25/91, George Stanly Burdynski, Brentwood, Missouri, 5/24/93, Scott Allen Kleeschulte, St. Charles, Missouri, 6/8/88 and Charles Arlin Leon Henderson, Moscow Mills, Missouri, 7/25/91. I certainly hope that Devlin explains everything that he has done, for the sake of his victims, let’s hope that all is found out. thanks for that post and I am grateful someone such as yourself has the courage to speak here. Courage is a virtue that should be polished, yours shines brightly, and I’m sure others do as well. I admire that quality above all others. Courage can sometimes be elusive because of fear and doubt of many things related to the events that cause them. Thats why it’s such a great quality, few people are brave enough to experience what overcoming true fare can do for ones life. For anyone who thinks Devlin could have been responsible for the disappearances of Scott Kleeschulte and Arlin Henderson…
At the time they disappeared, Devlin was more social. He was having co-workers over to his place to play cards and socialize. How would he have managed to hide a little boy during that timeframe?
If you think he was responsible for these boys’ disappearances, do you think he killed them pretty soon after taking them, as opposed to keeping them with him like he did with Shawn?
I’m not totally discounting Devlin’s involvement with the other boys. I just think that some things would not quite fit time-wise.

He said Devlin was on good terms with his parents, James and Joyce Devlin.
“He helped his folks rake the leaves, wallpaper their house, helped with chores around the house.”
Rob Hart, a friend who used to work at Imo’s, said he and his wife, Stephanie, would sometimes join Devlin and others for poker games at Imo’s.
“He was into video games, poker and politics,” he said.

Several folks have brought up the other child abductions during the past 20+ years. The one constant in Devlin’s life was his job at IMO’s. The owner became suspicious when both the truck and DEVLIN TAKING A DAY OFF when Ben disappeared seemed to set off bells in his pea brain. He must, therefore have all of his employee records as to when employees took time off. For this employee to take a day off was noteworthy. Have there been other days in the past years when he took time off that coincide with other child disappearances.

I read somewhere that he took 3 months off around the time he abducted Shawn saying that he had to have surgery on his foot. 3 months… of uninterupted time… My Heart just BREAKS for that boy.
Thank you Louttue… You said alot of what I have been thinking and noticing. I did a map of the locations of Kirkwood, Richwoods, Beaufort and Moscow Mills. Ironically the locations virtually make a half circle around Kirkwood. The St. Louis location of Scott Kleeschult is closer and would make sense as Devlin was younger at the time at 23. I also noted the poem and actually called the Lincoln County Police Department and spoke to them about my suspicions about Arlin and Scott and asked them to look for a Willow Tree somewhere around him. It just chilled me to the bone for some reason when I read that poem. The fact that he said THE willow tree not A willow tree.
I would be VERY interested to see his work record for vacations and time off. If I was his former boss I would deffinately be looking into it.
I have been curious also about his relationship with his family. How they could NOT know if they spent ANY time with him. I would guess that he is the blacksheep (read strange person) of his family who is rarely seen except if he should venture over to the parents home. Just a guess as I know several of these types myself.
I have also wondered if Shawn was long for this world if he had not been discovered. I had wondered too if the way he got ultimate power over his victims was to have them witness the death of his former victim as a way to show them what could happen to them. Why else overlap them in this way.
My Hope is that they find out all they can from him and then put him in with General Population.

I believe Michael Devlin was living in his parent’s garage apartment (in Webster Grove) up until the time that he rented the current apartment (which as I recall was about a year before he kidnapped Shawn Hornbeck). If that was the case, it would be a lot harder to conceal a child, right under his parents’ nose, with two brothers and two sisters coming and going from the house. He also DID have people coming over to his apartment to play computer games up until about 8 or 10 years ago, based on statements from old high school acquaintances. It seems as if his secret life began about the same time he rented the apartment where he kept Shawn. It was also about that time that he withdrew more from old friends — or they withdrew from him(he says, in the interview, that they were getting married and having kids, and not as interested in hanging out). However, his work friends said he became quieter and more withdrawn during the year that Shawn was abducted. They attributed it to his diabetis related surgery.
According to the parents of Arlin Henderson, police now have some photos of a young man about 17, taken about 10 years ago, that resemble Arlin Henderson (who would have been about 17 ten years ago). These photos were taken by someone who was acquainted with Devlin. It will be interesting to see how THAT plays out, but I somewhat doubt that Devlin was involved with the Henderson boy, or at least that he was keeping him in his apartment, since he would have been living at his parents’ garage apartment at the time.
I seem to recall that at one point in time, the police thought that the case of the Henderson boy and the Scott Kleeschulte case were related. I think it mentions that in the Charlie missing person website.

I just recently realized that Devlin went to my highschool. He was a year ahead of me. I do not remember him at all. I checked my yearbooks for pictures too. He doesnt have any school pictures that I could find.
I have stared at his picture many times trying to remember him. Trying to think of if I would have realized he was a freak even back then. But he doesn’t even look familiar.
My heart breaks for those boys that he took. And it is scary to think that things looked so “normal” to others that he got away with it for so long.
The death penalty is too good for him. He should get life in prison but then we would have to support him.

I also looked up the composite drawing from a missing child case years ago (mentioned in a post several days ago). The similarity is chilling.
If I were betting I think he is going to be found to be another big time seriel killer. I hope not. I wish they could find the other missing children alive but he seems like he would have thrown Shawn away pretty quickly after getting the younger boy.

…Well, I guess that I am naive, but here is what I am hoping. When they first found the two boys, I asked “What was he (Devlin) planning to do with Shawn, kill him?” ..and my first reaction is probably right, but as we followed the news, we find how Shawn was terrorized into intimidation (spelling?) that he didn’t seek help when he had a chance.
..If you ever followed the story of “My first name is Stephen”, where Parnell kidnapped and sexually abused Stephen for 9 years, Stephen was at a point where he wasn’t looking for his parents. But when Parnell kidnapped Timmy when Stephen was about 15, Stephen planned an escape to help Timmy. Stephen, I guess, thought his past life and family were gone forever. Now Devlin gave Shawn his last name and Shawn Hornbeck became Shawn Devlin. Charles is most likely dead, but I am hoping that a quiet, withdrawn 27 year old Charles

How did Devlin know that Shawn and Ben existed? How did he know when and where to abduct them?
Do you think the FBI has questioned Devlin’s family and are just not talking about it? I sure don’t know how Devlin kept his family from knowing that he had Shawn for over 4 years. You would think that in those 4 plus years that someone from his family would have showed up at his apartment. Maybe if they did, Devlin told him that Shawn was a neighbor that just came over to play video games.

Here is the story straight from Fox 2 News.
You have to get cleared to get in to the Woodland Lakes Subdivision. And Michael Devlin apparently did just that. They are now saying photos are out of Arlin after he was abducted brought to the police by someone who knew Devlin etc. So, this one too is now looking to be connected. Nancy Grace talked about the link and with his mother tonight.

According to a St. Louis news report the photo of a teenager who “had a strong likeness” to Arlin Henderson was shown to his parents. Someone who claimed to know Devlin is supposed to have given the authorities the photo. That person also claims the boy in the photo was called “Chucky”. Arlin Henderson’s name was Charles Arlin Henderson. If all of that is true it sure sounds like he is envolved. Also if it is Arlin he had been taken at age 11 and appeared to be about 17 in the photo. ??????
I hope they can tie all of these things together and give the parents answers.

I would like to know if Devlin had a mentor, or if he became freaky on his own. I’m wondering if they tested those pictures he gave that gal for fingerprints or if they’re just letting everyone touch them! I heard that she went to police when Shawn first went missing and told them to check Devlin.. cops said they went to his apartment and found nothing. Devlin probably kept him out at his property, esp. now that I hear about him taking off 3 months during that time!!
I think he would’ve either killed Shawn or sold him to some other sob who likes that “age”. Possibly there’s a huge “ring” going on for trading children, etc. I definitely think he had something to do with other cases as well. I just hope that these detectives are really on their feet in this case.

I too have thought that after Ben was kidnapped, something would have happened to Shawn. I have not heard anything about bones found on his property. I did hear that police said this woman is not a reliable source. She had made false claims about something else in the past…can’t remember what. But, it sure is strange. I also know that kids will do whatever it takes to protect themselves and their families…so I wish that the people out their that are criticizing Shawn for not escaping would hold their comments until everything is out. I did not tell my parents about an uncle that “attempted” to molest me when I was younger for fear that I would get in trouble. I can’t even imagine what this animal did to Shawn to keep him from seeking help.

i think it is good that both boys were found . i had wondered about it for a long time , and am glad to see there safe . as well as i think that arlin could be all grown up and well , but grown up and may have went threw things in the time being gone from home that changes a person . like if shawn had grown all up and had been missing that long , would he had come forward after he was 27 ? ,, dont know but hope his mother infact does get to see him one day !

Im so glad they found both boys. I have followed the Shawn Hornbeck case for awhile. I honestly never thought they would find him alive.
I bet they will find several other victims. Whoever theorised(sp?) that he killed his previous victim after he got another one was probably right. That would exlain Shawns reluctance to leave.
If so that also means that Shawn was probably days from death and rescued just in time.

I agree with Nancy who wrote about the relationship with his family. Today’s St. Louis Post Dispatch discloses in its front page story that Devlin went to live at his parent’s home for several months in early 2003 during diabetic foot surgery recovery. That leaves Shawn either in the apartment or somewhere else. Did he bring Shawn with him to his parents? Did he leave the poor 11 yr. child alone? Was their some other victim there watching him? Where did that victim go, if so? These are all unanswered questions. What this poor child (Shawn) must have gone thru is horrendous. Didn’t anyone see Devlin shopping for clothes, even at Wal-Mart with the boy and comment to the family, ” Hey, I saw your Michael today. I didn’t know he had a child.” Devlin and Shawn were seen together. With all the relatives so close by, how is it that it never got back to them about the boy? I just don’t understand it.
Can the police find out who was living in the adjacent apartments at that time and question them as to a possible room-mate during that early 2003 time period? This is so unreal to think that he would leave a child alone..was someone else there then that is now gone.

It says he was staying with his fam for 3 months but perhaps not “living” with them. Maybe he went home every night or every few days? Can’t help but wonder if there is someone else involved, another victim, or if he caged Shawn like an animal when he left.

I totally agree with that shawn saw one of the other children murdered and that’s what kept him quiet for so long..BUT one thing is….fear of an adult is something every kid has. I think the abduction in its self played a part in shawn never trusting him and what he was capable of.but as event accured his mistrust of him (deviline) and himself grew to deep to ever get out. I hope one day shawn relizes feeling that fear is something everone would. Wether you are 11 or 50 when taken captive. And no one blames him. Glad the boys are both home. May the law find the others and help those parents still suffering.

Well this new “news” is aggrivating. First of all, I don’t beleive the pics with the red shirt are very recent. His hair is too short. The young looking one in the orange shirt could very well be taken the month he was kidnapped, looks like the shirt he was taken in. I can’t believe people would actually think that Shawn would willingly help to take/abuse anyone else. I wish they’d get a clue. I can tell that one pic is from Long John Silver’s. Can’t wait to learn who took all of these photos. All I can say is that I’m SOOOO glad they did, for the case, and esp. for his family to see pics of how Shawn looked growing up. I’m a sentimental picture freak so I would be so trilled to have those.
It will be very interesting too to see if Devlin had anything to do with little Angie Houseman’s case and others. I hope he’s the one so these cases can be closed.

566.060. 1. A person commits the crime of forcible sodomy if such person has deviate sexual intercourse with another person by the use of forcible compulsion. Forcible compulsion includes the use of a substance administered without a victim’s knowledge or consent which renders the victim physically or mentally impaired so as to be incapable of making an informed consent to sexual intercourse.
2. Forcible sodomy or an attempt to commit forcible sodomy is a felony for which the authorized term of imprisonment is life imprisonment or a term of years not less than five years, unless:
(1) In the course thereof the actor inflicts serious physical injury or displays a deadly weapon or dangerous instrument in a threatening manner or subjects the victim to sexual intercourse or deviate sexual intercourse with more than one person, in which case the authorized term of imprisonment is life imprisonment or a term of years not less than ten years; or
(2) The victim is a child less than twelve years of age, in which case the required term of imprisonment is life imprisonment without eligibility for probation or parole until the defendant has served not less than thirty years of such sentence or unless the defendant has reached the age of seventy-five years and has served at least fifteen years of such sentence. Subsection 4 of section 558.019, RSMo, shall not apply to the sentence of a person who has pleaded guilty to or has been found guilty of forcible sodomy when the victim is under the age of twelve, and “life imprisonment” shall mean imprisonment for the duration of a person’s natural life for the purposes of this section.
3. No person found guilty of or pleading guilty to forcible sodomy or an attempt to commit forcible sodomy shall be granted a suspended imposition of sentence or suspended execution of sentence.
556.061. In this code, unless the context requires a different definition, the following shall apply:
(12) “Forcible compulsion” means either:
(a) Physical force that overcomes reasonable resistance; or
(b) A threat, express or implied, that places a person in reasonable fear of death, serious physical injury or kidnapping of such person or another person;
566.010. As used in this chapter and chapter 568, RSMo, the following terms mean:

I know exactly what your saying. I of all people in this world know that when a child goes missing the person inside of them that makes them who they are, dies and the child becomes a different person because of things the child has gone through and had to do in order to survive. For example shawn hornbeck was taken as shawn hornbeck but returned shawn devlin you can tell by the photos of him before he was missing and seeing him know.he is not the happy little boy he was when he was taken, he is very timmed and fragile there is no longer a spark in his eyes and he carries himself different. but his parents love him regaurdless.
Now I’am going to speak in terms of as if arlin is still alive…. of course I have no way of knowing that just like the rest of us out there who wonder. I hope he understands that his mother would never pass judgement on him and she knows that he is a different person than he was when he was taken.She knows these kids go through hell. His family loves him dearly regaurdless of what he went through or had to do to survive.As far as shawn coming forward after he was 27 I beleive that would probbly never happen, But I hope that arlin would know that if he is alive I would stand behinde him 100 percent,and I beleive in him, and I beleive that if he is still alive that he had enough courage to make it threw his ordeal then god willing he has enough courage to come forward and end his mother’s nightmare,as soon as possible he would not let he suffer the pain of loosing her child any longer than what she had too.I’am sure he loved her dearly and still does if he is out there.
We should all pray for this miracle everyday till it happens.

I Live At Woodland Lakes In Sullivan MO.. I can tell you that the State,County,and FBI and all been out here searching several times now.
They tried to keep it all quiet but the so called Corrupt Cop we call Barney who works out here opened his mouth.We saw as they were leaving Woodland Lakes all kinds of Police cars,trucks,police dogs and other equipment to look on Delvin property here at Woodland.
I will be selling our home and property soon. Not because of Devlin and what has happened but because this place is so corrupt and dishonest.
If you know someone they can have a guest signed in to come into Woodland Lakes.
Anyone can go to the Potosi Courthouse and buy property cheap for back taxes and pay the yearly assessments and get in.
There is alot of woods in this place and quite a few lakes.
It’s not a place to raise a family if you have children for there is alot of drinking,drugs and partys going on.No not everyone does this for I know many of us who don’t party or drink or do drugs.
If we only knew the hell we would have to deal with and go thru living in this hellhole we would have never put a home at Woodland Lakes.
Just thought I would let others know Devlin property at Woodland Lakes has been search!!!
